Account Set Up:

MSA offers open account purchases, subject to prior credit approval. Click here for the Credit Application/Account Setup Form.

Credit Card:

MSA accepts both Visa and Master Card credit cards. Please have all credit card information available when placing your order. A handling fee may be incurred for credit card transactions.

Freight / Shipping:

Orders will be shipped Ground delivery, F.O.B. shipping point via normal ground delivery unless otherwise specified.  Products that have weight and dimensional freight surcharges may be assessed freight charges, regardless of order value. Orders placed before 3 p.m. local time will be shipped that day via normal ground delivery with inventory availability.  MSA offers expedited shipping next day or second day delivery by request - all expedited shipping charges will apply.

Goods Damaged in Shipment:

If a shipment arrives with obvious damage, you should refuse the damaged product or report it as damaged to the carrier at the time of delivery.  Please contact MSA for further instructions. In the event you sign for a package that does not have visible damage, but upon further inspection it is determined to have been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible to report the damage and obtain further instructions.

Returns:

In the event a return is necessary, please contact us to obtain return instructions.  All product returns to MSA must be freight prepaid and have unopened packaging suitable for resale. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
